QUALIFICATIONS: Appropriate NYS Certification or Alternate Certification Pathways
Dual certification preferred
SKILLS:
- Uses NYS standards as a foundation for setting clear learning goals and expectations for students, to support their academic progress.
- Fosters a positive and inclusive classroom environment that prioritizes the social and emotional well-being of students and nurtures a sense of belonging.
- Demonstrates strong communication skills with all constituents
- Experience with and/or knowledge of: SAVVAS-My View Literature & Envision Math, Fundations, iReady, Science 21
- Knowledge of state assessments NYSITELL and NYSESLAT
SALARY: As per the Teachers’ Contract
