Occupational Therapist

POSITION:   Occupational Therapist

  • District Wide
  • Must hold current title or be on current OT civil service list

 

                QUALIFICATIONS:           

  • Must possess and maintain a current registration certificate as an Occupational Therapist from the NYS Education Department.
  • Working knowledge of the principles, techniques and terminology of occupational therapy treatment procedures.
  • Knowledge of equipment, materials and the appropriate application to the variety of student’s disabilities.

 

                SALARY:              

  • As per the WTA Nurses Contract

 

                TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:

  • 1 year-probationary period        

 

                EFFECTIVE DATE OF EMPLOYMENT:       

  • On or about 9/1/26

 

                REPORTS TO:    

  • Director for Pupil Personnel
