HVAC Technician | | TITLE: HVAC Technician **Reposting** QUALIFICATIONS: - Minimum 4 years of experience of commercial or industrial heating, air conditioning or ventilating system
- Valid driver’s license
- Must be pre-approved by Civil Service
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: - Services, repairs and provides preventive maintenance to all plumbing fixtures, flush valves, faucets, water supply lines
- Makes daily rounds to monitor the safe and efficient operations of boilers in all buildings
- Operates computerized controls and air-balancing equipment
- Performs preventive maintenance work on various mechanical equipment systems, filters, controls & belts.
- Does related work as required
- Individual will be responsible for customary duties associated with position

- Substitute Teaching Assistants (per diem substitutes both certified and non-certified positions) Responsible for assisting the classroom teacher with classroom management and instruction. May provide services to a student on a one-to-one basis. The position may include toileting. SED fingerprint clearance will be required prior to hire.
Pay Scale - Certified Teacher Sub = $130 per diem
- Certified Retired WTA Teacher Sub = $150 per diem
- Non-Certified Teacher Sub = $115 per diem
- Teaching Assistant Sub = $16 per hour

Non-Teaching Substitutes | | Position: Non-Instructional Substitutes Description: Washingtonville CSD is looking for non-instructional personnel to work on a per diem basis. All positions require the applicant to have fingerprint clearance and a High School Diploma. - Substitute Food Service Workers - 3.75 hours a day @ $15.50 per hour
- Substitute Clerical Workers 7.5 hour shift @ $17.50 per hour
- Substitute Monitors - 3-hour recess monitor, up to 7-hour hall monitor, bus monitor split shift @ $15.50 per hour
- Substitute Custodians - 8-hour shift @ $16.80 per hour
